Jacqueline B. Miller (Rev. Jackie or Lady J) is an anointed, graceful, loving, compassionate woman of God. She has the ability to speak to the kings and queens in her brothers and sisters. She is the second oldest in a family of four.  All of her parents are deceased, however the Lord left her with an Auntie (Mary Radcliffe) that stepped in and fills in for her mother.  She says she learned to be a godly, graceful wife and woman of God from her Auntie. 

She surrendered her life to Christ at the age of nine and accepted the call on her life in May of 2005. She was ordained a Local Deacon in the AME Church, December 2010, while attending the Philadelphia Bible Institute and Seminary.

She served on the ministerial staff at St. Stephens AME Church under the leadership of The Reverend Dr. William A. Gray III, Pastor and Reverend Candace D. Gray, Asst. Pastor.  Dr. Gray instilled in her that her gifts would make room for her.  For 11 plus years, she served as Co-President of the Marriage Ministry with her husband Rev. Phillip; she also served as assistant to the President of the ministerial staff and personal assistant to the Pastor.  The overall ministry at St. Stephens found that they could depend on Rev. Jackie therefore, she was highly sought after to assist in many different areas.  She is always willing to help wherever she can.  She is always eager to serves as a Spiritual advisor and confidant to many from the youth of the YPD ministry, those newly into ministry seeking to find their way and she is very passionate about marriage. #yesmarriageworks is a cornerstone of her ministry.

Rev. Jackie is a worshiper and a prayer warrior known for her spirit-filled powerful prayers. Often told the story of the morning she was praying and a man was walking by, he did not know why but decided to come into the church and gave his life to Christ.  He said I was just walking by and felt the urge to come in. When she prays God hears from heaven.  She is an energetic multi-facet woman of God always excited about the Gift God has given her to listen and hear the hearts of His people.  Gifted in many areas she is currently in the process of writing her first book and has a blossoming blog.  God daily shows her something knew and inspires her to press on in spite of what it looks like. 

Rev. Miller prefers to be in the background working and needs no recognition nor praise.  She say’s “The Lord saved me for a reason, so I will work while there is still time” She doesn’t speak of her life changing situations often but she has a story to tell, and if you have time to listen, one day ask, she will share.

She loves music and the song “Grateful” by Hezekiah Walker really speaks to how she feels.  When she thinks of the issues of her heart, its gratefulness that flows Likes Rivers and she is filled with the joy of the Lord and able to endure much. 

Rev. Jackie is married to The Rev. Phillip A. Miller Sr. of 13yrs and together they have 6 children 4 sons & 2 daughters 1 daughter in-law 1 son in-law, 2 God daughters 1 adopted God son and 1 grandson.  Family is everything to her, she say’s “they are her only jewels that are more precious than anything” to her.

Her Favorite Scripture is –Psalm 121 “I will lift up my eyes to the hills From whence comes my help? My help comesfrom the Lord, “God has and always will be her help and she trust in Him because His word has never failed.
